Dear Castle Tri-ers,

The clock is quickly ticking towards the first race of the season at Lough Cutra Castle on May 25th & 26th.

This newsletter focuses on getting you prepared for your race season, so our swim partner Zone3 are preparing you for swimming in a triathlon wetsuit, our brand new partner KitBrix are coming on board to help you get your triathlon equipment organised and Galway City Physiotherapy are providing tips on how to stay injury free in the lead up to race weekend.

This month we introduced you to our fearsome females who have successfully become our 20x20 ambassadors, we hope these athletes will help to encourage and empower more women to the sport of triathlon. Look out for them on site during race weekend.

If this will be your first Castle Triathlon Series event, we look forward to seeing you later this month in Galway, if you’d like to whet your appetite and be inspired for racing, download the new Endurance Sports TV app and watch the highlights from the Festival of Endurance 2018.

See you soon,

Brian Adcock
